Correction

I do not have the paper document in front of me, but it looks like the case is not active at this time. I am not sure what that means. I will actually have to order the record to find out more details. It could mean that after so many years it is dismissed. I am not sure if I am going to do it yet. I will send out some mailings next week. I will let you know if I do it. There are fees so I have to be very selective with this stuff. I won't post here for a while, I am working on some really great stories. Ok? But keep blogging.

I don't think that the "weird happenings" were a coincidence at all. But whats with all the aggressive behavior? Could it be that other people have discovered her true identity or just her own personal demons being projected at others? I'm so curious about how you were able to find her? I thought I was alone in my curiousity about this case.

No your not alone in this curiosity. I am curious if Kirsten was really a mean as she was portrayed in the movie.

The case is way too old; there is a statute of limitations on civil litigation. They may have decided not to pursue the matter, especially if the Protti family had no real assets they could take, and in light of the fact that she was a minor at the time of the killing.

I did not mean to post 7 blogs in a row. The last blog was seriously not me- and no I am not obnoxious!!! You are a Control Freak whoever posted the last message in being so ignorant! Tracie Curry Reyes will not block me because she is the blog owner who posted it online in the first place... She approved of my comments so don't be so cruel! You don't even know me thank you very much!

I take your comments on board. I stated Bernadette Protti acted in a rage of retaliation. Bernadette retaliated to verbal taunting by Kirsten Coastes. She suffered a mixture of fear, humiliation and anger which led her to kill. Bernadette did not think at the time of the confrontation, unlike the 11 year old boy recently arrested.

All best.x

I went to Miramonte with Kirsten and Bernadette. Kirsten was a funny, happy, charismatic 15 year old who made friends easily and was popular for these same reasons. Bernadette was quiet, shy, nice, but clearly suffering from mental issues. This tragedy affected so many people like you cannot imagine, and in no way did Kirsten bring this on herself. She was the victim of a horrendous 15 year old sociopath. I still pray for Kirsten's family....
